 برای تعیین مدارک مورد نیاز، ابتدا باید به صفحه ای که با این نشانی مشخص می شود مراجعه کرد:

2. مرحله بعدی انتخاب کشور محل آموزش است که برای بسیاری از متقاضیان ایرانی، محل تحصیل ایران است.
3. در قسمت مربوط به نوع آموزش، دو انتخاب موجود است که با عناوین زیر مشخص می شود:

• Secondary education;
• Higher education.

4. در صورتی که تحصیلات شما در ایران محدود به تحصیلات دبیرستانی بوده است شما می توانید مورد اول را انتخاب کنید. در این صورت گزینه های زیر به شما پیشنهاد خواهد شد:

• Attended an Iran secondary school;
• Attended a French Baccalaureate program;
• Attended an international high school;
• Completed IGCSE, A level, and/or AS-level; and
• Completed International Baccalaureate (IB).

توضیح تمام موارد فوق در این گزارش امکان پذیر نخواهد بود بنابراین مورد اول که برای اکثر متقاضیان مفید است توضیح داده می شود. با انتخاب مورد اول، صفحه زیر برای شما ظاهر خواهد شد که در بالای آن عبارت زیر به رنگ سفید در زمینه سبز درج شده است:

In most cases if you have completed a minimum of one year full-time post-secondary academic study, you do not need to submit secondary school documents.

ترجمه: در بیشتر موارد، در صورتی که شما حداقل یک سال تحصیل تمام وقت را در یک موسسه بالاتر از سطح دبیرستان تکمیل کرده باشید نیازی به ارسال مدارک تحصیلی دبیرستانی نخواهید داشت.

1. Graduation Certificate/Diploma

What you need to do:

For completed study, send a clear and legible copy of this document to WES. Do not send your original document.

Important Information:

• WES will also accept a letter issued in English from the Ministry of Education which indicates you have completed high school study.

2. Academic Transcript

This is an official document issued by the institution you attended that lists all subjects taken and grades earned for each year of study.

What you need to do:

Option 1

For completed study, ask the Ministry of Education to send your document directly to WES.

Option 2

If the Ministry gives you the document to send to WES, it must be in a sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the Ministry of Education. If the envelope is opened or there is no stamp or signature across the back flap, WES cannot accept the document.

 

Download and complete the top section of the Academic Records Request Form. This form will help you request your documents.

3. Document Translations

If your documents are not issued in English or French, precise and word-for-word translations are required. Your documents can be translated by your institution, a certified translation agency such as COSTI Languages Bureau, or any other professional translation service.

What you need to do:

Send a clear and legible copy of your translations to WES. Do not send your original translation or original academic documents.

Important Information:

• If your academic documents are not issued in English, WES must receive both translations and original language documents, e.g. the copy of the degree certificate you send and the official academic transcript your institution sends.
• WES does not translate documents.
• WES cannot return original translations.

در این حالت از شما خواسته می شود که مدارک مرتبط با دیپلم دبیرستانی خودتان را برای موسسه «وس» بفرستید و این توضیح هم اضافه  شده است که:

5. در صورتی که تحصیلات شما در ایران در سطحی بالاتر از تحصیلات دوره دبیرستان بوده است با انتخاب عنوان موردنظر صفحه زیر در دسترس شما قرار خواهد گرفت:

If the envelope is opened or there is no stamp or signature across the back flap, WES cannot accept the document.

3. Confirmation of Doctoral Degree Conferral

If you completed a doctoral degree, a written statement from the awarding institution indicating the date your degree was conferred and your major is also required. The WES confirmation of doctoral degree conferral form may be used for this purpose.

Option 1

For completed study, ask the institution that awarded your degree to send your document directly to WES.

Option 2

If the institution gives you the document to send to WES, it must be in a sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate official at the institution that awarded your degree. If the envelope is opened or if there is no stamp or signature across the back flap, WES cannot accept the document.

همان طور که ملاحظه می کنید در این حالت از متقاضیان مدارک تحصیلی مربوط به دوره های کاردانی، کارشناسی ، کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری درخواست می شود.

باید به این نکته هم اشاره کرد که دستورالعمل ها و مقررات مربوط به ارزشیابی مدارک تحصیلی همراه با مقررات راجع به تحصیل در کانادا یا مهاجرت به این کشور در حال تغییر دایمی هستند تا با آخرین سیاست های دولت کانادا در این زمینه ها تطبیق داده شوند. بنابراین در هر مورد خاص لازم است که آخرین مقررات مصوب در زمینه های فوق بررسی شده و اقدامات مورد نیاز برای پیگیری مشخص شود. روال کار موسسه «وس» نیز از اصل کلی فوق مستثنا نیست و به همین خاطر، استفاده از خدمات کارشناسان مهاجرتی و تحصیلی لازم و گاهی ضروری است.
