در صورت تغییر سطح یا محل تحصیل در کانادا به صورت کلی مقررات زیر باید برطبق وبسایت اداره مهاجرت کانادا رعایت بشود:

ب. تغییر سطح تحصیلی از دبیرستان به سطح بالاتر از دبیرستان
You must apply to modify your study permit when you move on to post-secondary school. Send your application to the IRCC Case Processing Centre in Vegreville, Alberta.

You may change your school, program, field of study or level of study (e.g. from the Bachelor level to the Masters level) without applying for a new study permit. You do not need to apply for a change to the condition of your study permit, either. You may continue to use your study permit as long as it is valid. If you are moving to a school in Quebec, you must get a Certificat d’Acceptation du Québec (CAQ). You don’t need to apply to change your study permit if your schools are at the same level.
If you are already studying in Quebec and want to change the conditions on your CAQ (institution, etc.), you should contact the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion (MIDI).
