سپری شدن تاریخ اعتبار نامه پذیرش موسسه آموزشی در کانادا

 سوال: تاریخ شروع ترم تحصیلی من در ماه ژانویه است ولی تاریخ سپری شدن اعتبار نامه پذیرش من 18 دسامبر بود. این سوال برای من پیش آمد که آیا در زمان ورود به کانادا برای دریافت کردن مجوز تحصیلی ممکن است برای من مشکلی پیش بیاید یا نه. به همین خاطر پیام ایمیلی را برای موسسه آموزشی فرستادم و درخواست کردم که مدت اعتبار نامه پذیرش تمدید شود. بعد از آن پاسخ زیر را دریافت کردم:

We do not change the expiry date of the LOA. The student should be able to submit the study permit application before the LOA is expired but not necessarily mean that they need to come to Canada before the date. We clearly indicate the program start and end date separately and the student can refer to the date rather than the expiry date.

آیا بخاطر سپری شدن تاریخ اعتبار نامه پذیرش ممکن است در زمان ورود به کانادا برای گرفتن مجوز تحصیلی مشکلی برای من پیش بیاید؟

در پاسخ به این سوال باید گفت که امکان این که افسر مهاجرت به نامه پذیرش متقاضی تحصیل در کانادا ایراد بگیرد و بخاطر سپری شدن مدت اعتبار این نامه، مجوز تحصیلی را برای وی صادر نکند وجود دارد. در یکی از وبسایت های راجع به این موضوع توضیح زیر در بارۀ سوال فوق ارایه شده است:

The Letter of Acceptance is required to state a date of expiry. If processing of the study permit application has not been completed before the expiry date of the Letter of Acceptance, an extension letter may be requested from the institution and submitted to IRCC to support the study permit application.

It is important to note that a Letter of Acceptance from a DLI is not a guarantee that the study permit application will be approved. It is at the discretion of IRCC to approve an application for a study permit.
